Peter Street Condominiums is a 40-storey residential condominium development located at the intersection of Adelaide and Peter in downtown Toronto.

Peter Street Condos design team is led by architects Alliance and Cecconi Simone.

Peter Street Condos was one of the fastest selling projects in 2011 and is 100% sold out. Construction commenced in early 2012 and was registered in December 2014.
